We will give you all the additional information you need up front. 24 hours after this initial meeting, we will get back to you to confirm our valuation and hear any further thoughts you may have after our meeting.
The next step is for us to prepare your property for sale. At this stage it is important to work closely together to prepare your home for market, first impressions count so making sure that your home is ready for market is key, we’ll let you know what to do to give your home that WOW factor. We’ll take professional photos, make a professional property video, create a floor plan and write a description. We will then market your property on our website, as well as all the major property portals and across our social media platforms. In addition, we’ll send the information to our registered database of applicants, prime buyers and search agents. You may prefer an off-market, low-profile sale with a reduced level of publicity. We are happy to work this way and have done many times before.
Good communication plays a vital role in the process of selling your home. Too much, we all get annoyed. Too little, you wonder what’s actually happening. That’s why we will agree with you from the outset how you want us to keep in touch. We will be in contact with you throughout the sales process, so we can understand how your own position is progressing and give you advice on any changes in the current market. When an offer is made on your property, we’ll present it to you and work together to obtain the best possible price, buyer and timing. Once you have accepted the offer, we will define a timeline before arranging the exchange of contracts and completion through the nominated lawyers. Throughout the later stages of your sale, we’ll act as intermediaries and will help manage interactions between the four parties: you, your lawyer, the buyer and their lawyer.
